Sunderman Farm Management Company announces the acquisition of Taylor Land Management Inc., a farm management, appraisal and real estate firm previously owned by Brent Taylor.
Taylor, a certified appraiser with 40-plus years of farm management experience, has joined the Sunderman Farm Management team and will continue to assist farm management, real estate and appraisal clients. Jon Flattery, associate appraiser and farm manager with Taylor Land Management, has also joined Sunderman Farm Management, as has long-time Taylor Land Management associate Marilyn Ropte.
Brian Larson, Sunderman Farm Management president, comments, “We are pleased to acquire such a fine business with super personnel. We wanted to offer a certified appraisal service and the addition of Brent Taylor and Jon Flattery to our team gives us the opportunity to provide that now.”

Sunderman Farm Management Company was founded in 1961 by Roger Sunderman. In 1969, Brian Larson began his career with the company, offering expertise in tile drainage system engineering and design. Larson purchased the company in 1988.
